J.M. Huber Corporation Signs Agreement to Sell CMC Business to Nouryon
J.M. Huber Corporation signed a definitive agreement on January 29, 2020 to sell its Carboxymethyl Cellulose business (CMC) to Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals company with 10,000 employees operating in over 80 countries. The closing of this transaction is subject to antitrust regulatory review and approval.
