This report tells the story of what our high-performing teams have accomplished over the past year in the spirit of the Huber Principles, which define our culture.
Within its pages, you’ll learn more about how we celebrated the conclusion of our first five-year Sustainability Strategy and the priorities that will help us maximize the positive impact of Integrated Business Strategy we’re developing.
The 2022 report is longer and more comprehensive than in previous years, and for good reason. We want to share our progress and believe it’s important to provide increased transparency to all our stakeholders, and we have the data to go along with our story.
This 12th edition of the Living by the Huber Principles represents a step toward closer alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) standards on economic, environmental and social performance, as well the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
