Olivia Seely

A fifth-generation member of the Huber family, Olivia Seely joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in August 2024. Previously, she served as a non-voting Director on the HEM Board for three years.

An active member of family governance since 2017, Seely served as the co-chair of the Huber Family Board from 2020 – 2024.

Professionally, Seely has over 15 years of experience in public relations and brand strategy work. In her current role as a consultant, Seely acts as an in-house strategic advisor, providing counsel to C-suite clients on a range of topics, including brand and narrative development, executive positioning, media training, crisis management, partnerships, and more.

Previously, Seely worked in an agency setting, managing key accounts, first at global communications firm Edelman, and then at Derris, a brand consultancy based in New York.

Seely holds a BA in English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
