David G. Fubini joined the Huber Board of Directors in March 2017. He is a Former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, where for more than 30 years, he held a wide array of internal leadership roles and helped guide the strategic repositioning of many global organizations.

Currently, Fubini is a Senior Lecturer, Henry B. Arthur Fellow at Harvard Business School, teaching MBA courses on strategic leadership, organization behavior and marketing. He is the faculty chair of the Leading Professional Services Firm Executive Program and is a core faculty member of the HBS’s Board of Directors and Mergers and Integration Executive Programs.

Fubini’s role at Harvard is a natural outgrowth of his years at McKinsey, where he is recognized as the former leader of the NA Organization Practice and founder and leader of the Firm’s Global Merger Management Practice supporting transactions, mergers and integrations. His expertise includes helping clients develop and execute major transformational programs for large acquisitions, divestitures and mergers. Among his many accomplishments, Fubini has led the efforts of nearly a dozen of the 25 largest global transactions since 2010. He has played leadership roles in transactions and integration for IBM, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Merck and many other global companies.

In addition to his role on the Huber Board, Fubini serves on the Board of Directors for Leidos, DLA Piper and Bain Credit Corporations.

Fubini received his BBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MBA from Harvard Business School, both with Distinction.
