Molly Heaney
A fifth-generation Huber family member, Molly Heaney joined the Huber Corporate Board in 2016 and has chaired the Board’s Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Committee since 2017. Heaney previously served as a non-voting family Director on the CP Kelco Management Board. She has also been a non-voting family Director on the Corporate Board and the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods.
Active in Huber Family Governance for the past 15 years, Heaney has served on the Education & Development Committee since 2020. She is also on the Shareholder Relations Team, and previously served as co-chair of the Family Council Board.
Heaney worked as the Family Communications Advisor to the Huber Family Office (HFO) from 2011 until 2019, providing a conduit between the HFO and Huber family members. In that role, Heaney ensured clear communication and support for family governance programs, such as the Annual Shareholder Meeting, Huber News and Family Road Shows. In addition, Heaney focused on providing outreach and education to the Huber family, particularly for members of the fifth generation.
Before working with the HFO, Heaney was at MBT Footwear for seven years, where she was promoted to Director of Marketing.
Heaney has extensive experience as a speaker and panelist in family business forums, and has presented at family business programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business and Columbia Business School.
Molly holds a BA in Psychology from Colby College in Maine.
